All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. However, if you do receive an item that is defective, compromised under any circumstances or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered minus the shipping fees. Before you return your items, kindly email us first at contact@marianelaexclusiveshop.com with your order number, a photo of the received item and the reason for return, within 3 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and accompanied with their original packaging.

Wipe off your jewelry after each use with a soft cloth and store it in a soft cloth bag or the box that in came in. Always wear your jewelry after putting on lotions, comestic or perfumes. Remove your jewelry before swimming or performing in any activity that would make you sweat alot.
