SHIPPING
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday. Orders that are placed after 3PM EST time will begin processing the following business day. Any orders that are placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Your order will be shipped once the processing time mentioned has been completed.
Please Note:
*Until it has been seen to be shipped by the carrier, Marianela's Exclusive Shop is not responsible, unless your item is damage or you received the wrong item.
- FREE USA SHIPPING: Shipping is free with USPS carrier, no minimum purchase required. We also offer priority mail shipping, just select it at checkout and pay the additional shipping fees.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Marianela's Exclusive Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it's declared "Delivered" by the delivery service. In a rare case that an item is lost or stolen once its declared as delivered, then the consumer should file the necessary claim with the delivering carrier.
- Undelivered Packages: If a package is shipped and it is found to be undeliverable and it is then return to me due to incorrect address given or incomplete or insufficient information, then the customer will be responsible for shipping fee so the package can be return. If the return shipping fee is not paid, a refund will be given excluding the cost of the shipping fee.
