Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday. 
• Weekends and Holidays: Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Shipment Commencement: Your order will be shipped after the completion of the mentioned processing time.

Important Notes:

• Responsibility: Until confirmed as shipped by the carrier, Marianela's Exclusive Shop assumes responsibility only for damaged or incorrect items received.

Free USA Shipping

• Carrier: We provide free shipping via USPS without any minimum purchase requirement.
• Priority Mail: For expedited shipping, select Priority Mail at checkout and pay the additional shipping fees.
• We do not offer International Shipping at this moment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Responsibility: Marianela's Exclusive Shop is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the delivery service marks them as "Delivered."
• Claims: In the event of a lost or stolen package after being marked as delivered, customers are advised to file a claim with the delivering carrier.

Undelivered Packages

• Return Due to Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
• Refund Policy: Failure to pay the return shipping fee will result in a refund minus the initial shipping cost.
