All sales items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. However, if you do receive an item that is defective,  compromised under any circumstances or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered minus the shipping fees. We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day warranty on all unworn items.

Before you return your items, kindly email us at contact@marianelaexclusiveshop.com with your order number, a photo of the received item and the reason for return, within 3 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. 

We advice you to read all details in the product description and follow the Jewelry Sizing Chart before purchasing.
